Can I track callbacks?
Yes. Each callback becomes an assigned work order, with the photo and the jobsite.
Do my clients get the reports?
You can share the approved daily report through a link.
My crew isn’t very tech-savvy. Will this work?
On site, the crew does three things: clock in, take photos, fill in the report. Big buttons, in their language. We onboard you and your foreman.
What about when there’s no signal?
Today, Ouvance needs a connection to save. The Android app, which will keep time entries and reports on the phone until the signal returns, is in preparation.
Does it replace my accounting software?
No. Ouvance prepares quotes and invoices with GST and QST, then exports cleanly to your accounting.
