What people ask before getting started.

My crew isn’t very tech-savvy. Will this work?

On site, the crew does three things: clock in, take photos, fill in the report. Big buttons, in their language. We onboard you and your foreman.

What about when there’s no signal?

Today, Ouvance needs a connection to save. The Android app, which will keep time entries and reports on the phone until the signal returns, is in preparation.

Does it replace my accounting software?

No. Ouvance prepares quotes and invoices with GST and QST, then exports cleanly to your accounting.

How long does it take to start?

The demo takes 20 minutes. We then set up your account with you, starting from a real quote.

Do I own my data?

Yes. You can export a jobsite’s complete file at any time, and our privacy policy follows Quebec’s Law 25.

Do I pay during the trial?

No. No card is requested and nothing is charged without your written agreement. You can cancel anytime.
