Separation per company
Each company’s data is kept separate from other companies. Nobody from another company can access it.
Role-based access
Every account is named and limited to the role it needs: office, field, read-only or audit.

Hashed passwords, sign-in attempt throttling, httpOnly session cookies, and multi-factor authentication (TOTP) available and recommended.
Sensitive information
Certain sensitive information is encrypted at the application level.
Cookies
Only strictly necessary cookies. No advertising cookies or third-party trackers, on the site or in the app.

Designated privacy officer, incident register, rights of access, rectification and portability.
Providers
Cloud infrastructure and object storage with providers bound by written agreements. Some processing may occur outside Quebec; details are in the privacy policy.
Site analytics
The site counts visits and form steps in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying visitors.
