Questions from general contractorss
Do my subcontractors need an account?
No. You give field access only to the people who clock in or fill in reports.
Can I follow several jobsites at once?
Yes. From the Team plan up, active jobsites are unlimited.
My crew isn’t very tech-savvy. Will this work?
On site, the crew does three things: clock in, take photos, fill in the report. Big buttons, in their language. We onboard you and your foreman.
What about when there’s no signal?
Today, Ouvance needs a connection to save. The Android app, which will keep time entries and reports on the phone until the signal returns, is in preparation.
Does it replace my accounting software?
No. Ouvance prepares quotes and invoices with GST and QST, then exports cleanly to your accounting.
